Before:
The living / family room of this large 3-bedroom home needed some adjustments to help boost it's positive impact.
After:
We placed the tv above the fireplace, creating a unified focal point and re-oriented the sofa to give the space a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Adding an additional occasional chair that wouldn't have fit in the previous floor plan gives the house hunters an accurate idea of how much seating can be accommodated in the space. Also, being the perfect size home for a growing family, an area rug helped to ground the space with softness and warmth.
Before:
Multiple console-height tables in a two-room open floor plan space. Similar adjoining artwork, abundant accessories.
After: switch it up and create some balance, openess and softness.
What a fantastic project to be a part of. The clients had moved out, but left plenty of furniture and accessories to play with and make the whole home ready for the market!
