Fastest Food Ever

Busy hungry people. Here it is.  Kids even ate it!

Cook up some rice.  small batch 1/2 cup rice in 1 cup of water - super fast.

Boil a bit of chicken broth maybe a bit of water to stretch it

Add some sliced chicken thighs to the boiling broth (breast or tenderloin also good)

After the chicken is cooked through add some of your favorite frozen vegetables. We used a mixture of carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and lima beans.  

They cook a bit and then help to cool the soup down

Serve it over the rice

I added a pinch of salt and pepper and some turmeric and the smallest sprinkle of curry to mine. 

Fast.  Healthy.  Endless combination possibilities.  Super quick clean up too.  

Can be as soupy as you want it to be.  Here is a lame pic of my second helping after the kids hit the sac.
